A quick update...

Before our open house today we sat down and talked with our realtor.  So, the lease-purchase people are not going to work out.  We also looked at comps and what has sold recently.  The prices have dropped drastically on the comps that have sold.  We have had only 5 showings since we put the house on the market, other than people coming to our open houses.  Our realtor asked us to think about what we want to do.

We left to go to lunch and take the girls to the park while the open house was going on.  We talked and talked and talked some more.  We looked at it from every angle and scenario.

We decided that we would go ahead and have her start looking for renters.  We will leave it on the market until we are able to find a renter.  We will rent it out for, at least, a year and then decide what to do at the end of the year.  So, if you know anyone or someone who knows someone that is looking to rent please send them our way.  (4 bed, 3 full bath, 2600+ sq ft for $1400mo utilities not included)

Ron continues to look for a place to rent in Baltimore.  Please pray that God would direct our steps in the search.  Please continue to pray that God would be directing us in every step of the process and that we would be sensitive to and follow His leading.
